We only store your data for as long as necessary:
- Contracts and invoices: 10 years (statutory retention period in accordance with HGB/AO)
- Marketing with consent: Until you withdraw your consent
- Log files: 30-90 days
- Error reports: Until the problem is resolved
- Cookies: Different duration depending on cookie type (see cookie manager)
- Newsletter: Until you unsubscribe or withdraw your consent

Some of our partners, in particular Google services, are located outside the European Economic Area (EEA), specifically in the USA.

Our services and website are not aimed at children under the age of 16. We deliberately and intentionally do not collect any personal data from children under the age of 16.
